Tim Fallon is Director of Stakeholder and Community Partnerships for the North America Operating Unit of The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, he leads the strategy and investment plans across twelve philanthropic areas to improve the lives, economic prospects, and environments of under- resourced individuals. Tim is also responsible for coordinating disaster response by collaborating with strategic partners and colleagues across supply chain, bottling franchises and communications. His third charge is to increase associate volunteerism to make a difference in the communities served by Coca-Cola.

Tim joined The Coca-Cola company in 1998 and held progressive roles within the foodservice sales division for over two decades. Before transitioning to his current position within Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability, Tim led cross-functional teams in the acquisition of new business for several years. These pursuits, combined with Tim’s background in key account management, have provided him extensive experience building value-based relationships using the full resources of the organization.

Tim’s career path prior to The Coca-Cola Company encompassed the construction, aviation, and broadcasting industries. An assortment of fields that formed the foundation of his creative thinking.

Personally, Tim is an accomplished dive instructor. He associates his passion for diving with altering the trajectory of his life. Tim met his wife while teaching a class and she is his daily sounding board surrounding issues that affect our communities. Together, they are trying to stay ahead of their precocious 6-year old son – Finn.
