Tammy Kornegay-Hodges, SPHR, is an Arizona native with more than 25 years of Human Resources experience. She is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at Wells Fargo aligned to the Control Management Senior Executives for Commercial Banking, Corporate Risk, and the Chief Operations Office. Prior to Wells, Tammy held HR leadership positions with JP Morgan, Charles Schwab, and MUFG Union Bank. Tammy has distinguished her career by taking on the most visible and challenging initiatives and courageously advocating for women and ethnically diverse individuals in the workplace. Recently, Tammy was selected as part of Wells first HR BOLD (Building Organizational Leadership Diversity) leadership program designed to showcase, retain, and celebrate top diverse talent. Since 2010, Tammy has also been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a certification from Cornell University in Strategic Human Resources Management. She is currently pursuing a BA from Purdue University. Because of Tammy’s authenticity and courageous style, she’s received several leadership honors including - Leader of the Year in 2001 and 2007. Outside of the corporate environment, Tammy has been a small business owner of two Juice It Up! franchise operations and raised two wonderful sons, Christopher (34) and Joshua (25) with her former husband, Michael. Today, she is enjoying her best life in Las Vegas as a self-proclaimed Wellness Warrior! With all Tammy’s professional success, she is most proud to demonstrate to women and anyone from an under-served community that there are many paths to “success” and unlimited ways to serve – without compromising being your authentic self!
