An entrepreneur, corporate athlete, international traveler, author and servant leader, Keith is a renaissance man. After a three-decade career in corporate America in multiple senior executive roles, he transitioned to business owner. He is co-founder and Managing Partner of Coaching Catalyst, LLC a boutique executive coaching and business advisory firm and co-founder of Social Capital, LLC, which owns and operates multiple Jersey Mike’s franchises in metro Atlanta. In addition, his community leadership includes serving as Chairman of the Board, 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Board of Directors The 100 Black Men of America and co-chair of the 100BMoA’s Leadership Institute and Board of Directors, ONBOARD. He is an alumn of Leadership Atlanta Class of 2018. A former collegiate quarterback and fitness enthusiast, Keith lives the corporate athlete model. In addition to being an avid golfer, he has completed several full and half marathons, climbed Mt Kilimanjaro and The Grand Tetons, navigated Class V rapids, and dived the Great Barrier Reef. Keith is the proud father of two daughters, Hershey, and Kameron and he is married to Charmaine Ward-Millner. Charmaine and Keith are partners in life, community service and business. They are ardent international travelers; community servants and life-long learners. Both Keith and Charmaine are PhD candidates in the Higher Education Leadership Program at Clark Atlanta University and adjunct professors at Tulane University and Georgia State University, respectively. Keith is a native of North Carolina. A graduate of Guilford College with a BA degree in Economics and an MBA from The Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC-Chapel Hill. He also holds a Master certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming; NLP Coaching and Time-Line Therapy from the International NLP Institute and a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation. Through his work as an executive coach, Keith has enabled hundreds of entrepreneurs, corporate, civic, and religious leaders to PERFORM BETTER. SMARTER. FASTER. Keith’s personal mission is to be a Change agent. Equipping people with the mental, spiritual, and physical tools they need to excel.
Overview: Module VII: The course, Leadership with A Global Footprint, will lend its presentation to a global atmosphere for change and how to effectuate such change in an impactful manner. This presentation of a Global footprint will support the evaluation of a global perspective on education, health, travel, leadership, foreign trade, and what we can do as an organization to make a difference in the global space. This Global presentation will explore the work of John Maxwell’s Global Leadership Perspective, The Next Generation, as well as other similar training tools. As an organization, the following topics will also be covered: 1). Practicum for Current World Leadership Issues & 2). Impact of Diversity & Inclusion in A Changing Demography.
